No appointment is needed for our 24/7 Casualty & Emergency Care—walk in anytime. For non-urgent services like Health Screenings or general consultations, appointments are recommended and can be booked online or by phone.
Where are you located, and is parking available?
We are located at32 St Athans Bluffhill , Harare. Ample patient parking is available on-site, with designated areas near the entrance for easy access.
What conditions do you treat in the Casualty/Emergency unit?
We treat a wide range of urgent conditions including injuries (cuts, fractures, sprains), fevers, infections, abdominal pain, breathing difficulties, allergic reactions, and other acute medical issues requiring immediate attention.

Many basic lab results are available within 1-2 hours. X-ray and scan results are typically reviewed and reported by a radiologist within the same visit or within a few hours for more complex cases.
